Dun sz\u00edne helyett a korai h\u00e1zias\u00edtott fajt\u00e1k s\u00f6t\u00e9tebb, viszonylag egyenletesen barna sz\u00ednt mutattak.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Az els\u0151 k\u00e9rd\u00e9s (m\u00e9g miel\u0151tt a dolgok molekul\u00e1ris h\u00e1tter\u00e9be bele\u00e1sn\u00e1nk magunkat) adja mag\u00e1t: m\u00e9gis mi\u00e9rt lett s\u00f6t\u00e9tebb a sz\u0151rsz\u00edn. A v\u00e1lasz eg\u00e9sz meglep\u0151: a Dun lovak sz\u0151rsz\u00e1lai ugyanis csak egyik oldalukon pigment\u00e1ltak, m\u00edg a s\u00f6t\u00e9tebb rokonaik (ebb\u0151l k\u00e9t t\u00edpus is l\u00e9tezik non-dun-1 \u00e9s non-dun-2) eset\u00e9ben a pigment\u00e1ci\u00f3 uniform m\u00f3don van jelen a sz\u0151rsz\u00e1lakban \u00e9s a sz\u0151rt\u00fcsz\u00fckben. A Dun fenot\u00edpus azonban eg\u00e9szen \u0151sinek t\u0171nik, ugyanis sz\u00e1mos m\u00e1s pat\u00e1sban, \u00edgy a Przewalski l\u00f3ban (<i>Equus ferus przewalskii<\/i>) \u00e9s az afrikai vadszamarakban (<i>Equus africanus somaliensis<\/i>) hasonl\u00f3 pigment-eloszl\u00e1st\u00a0lel\u00fcnk. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/m.blog.hu\/cr\/criticalbiomass\/post-image\/2016\/01\/dun-tbx3_1.jpg\" alt=\"dun-tbx3_1.jpg\" class=\"imgnotext open-in-modal\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A non-dun fenot\u00edpusok genetikai ok\u00e1hoz egy ideig t\u00e9rk\u00e9pezni kellett a bebarnul\u00e1shoz kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 g\u00e9n(ek) pontos hely\u00e9t, de v\u00e9g\u00fcl kider\u00fclt, hogy a jelens\u00e9g tal\u00e1n legfontosabb komponense a\u00a0<em>TBX3<\/em> g\u00e9nhez kapcsolhat\u00f3. Maga a g\u00e9n feh\u00e9rjek\u00f3dol\u00f3 r\u00e9gi\u00f3ja rendben lenne (ami nem meglep\u0151, hiszen sz\u00e1mos folyamatban j\u00e1tszik szerepet), de kb. 5 kilob\u00e1zisra t\u0151le fura dolgokat lelhet\u00fcnk: a non-dun-2 t\u00edpus\u00fa lovakban itt egy el\u00e9g nagy del\u00e9ci\u00f3 van jelen, a no-dun-1 t\u00edpus\u00faakban pedig sz\u00e1mos olyan polimforizmus figyelhet\u0151 meg, ami a Dun lovakban, \u00e9s m\u00e1s, nem h\u00e1zias\u00edtott pat\u00e1sokban nincs jelen.<\/p>\n<p>A mut\u00e1ci\u00f3k felt\u00e9telezhet\u0151en szab\u00e1lyoz\u00f3 jelleg\u0171ek, ugyanis hat\u00e1sukra a\u00a0<em>TBX3<\/em>, ami a Dun lovakban maga is aszimmetrikusan jelenik meg a sz\u0151rt\u00fcsz\u00fckben (a pigmenttel ellent\u00e9teles oldalon), egyszer\u0171en t\u00f6bbet nem fejez\u0151dik ki ebben a sz\u00f6vetben.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/m.blog.hu\/cr\/criticalbiomass\/post-image\/2016\/01\/dun-tbx3_3.jpg\" alt=\"dun-tbx3_3.jpg\" class=\"imgnotext open-in-modal\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ezek alapj\u00e1n \u00f6ssze is lehet t\u00e1kolni egy (felt\u00e9telezett) genetikai \u00fatvonalat: a TBX3 az \u0151si lovakban az egyik oldalon elnyomta a pigment\u00e1ci\u00f3 l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt\u00e9\u00e9rt felel\u0151s g\u00e9nek (pl. a KITLG) expresszi\u00f3j\u00e1t, ezzel aszimmetrikus pigment\u00e1ci\u00f3t \u00e9s vil\u00e1gosabb sz\u0151rsz\u00ednt okozott. A h\u00e1zias\u00edt\u00e1s sor\u00e1n megjelent egy szab\u00e1lyoz\u00f3 mut\u00e1ci\u00f3, amit a mesters\u00e9ges szelekci\u00f3t v\u00e9gz\u0151 emberek favoriz\u00e1ltak, \u00edgy azt\u00e1n sikeresen elterjedt az emberek k\u00f6zel\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/m.blog.hu\/cr\/criticalbiomass\/post-image\/2016\/01\/dun-tbx3_4.jpg\" alt=\"dun-tbx3_4.jpg\" class=\"imgnotext\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Persze k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelmi korok k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 divatokat hoztak \u00e9s k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 mint\u00e1zatokat prefer\u00e1ltak, \u00edgy k\u00e9s\u0151bb kialakultak azok a fajt\u00e1k, amelyek adott esetben m\u00e1r egy\u00e1ltal\u00e1n nem pigment\u00e1l\u00f3dtak, mert pl. a pigemnt\u00e1ci\u00f3\u00e9rt felel\u0151s sejtek, a melanocit\u00e1k nem \u00e9ltek t\u00fal.
