Ezeken a reakci\u00f3kon t\u00fal azonban l\u00e9teznek bizonyos gomb\u00e1kban \u00fan. m\u00e1sodlagos anyagcsereutak, amelyek term\u00e9kei a m\u00e1sodlagos anyagcsereterm\u00e9kek. Ezek olyan kis molekulat\u00f6meg\u0171, biol\u00f3giailag aktiv vegy\u00fcletek, amik a gomba alapvet\u0151 \u00e9letfolyamataihoz ugyan nem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl\u00f6zhetetlenek, de valamely, evol\u00faci\u00f3s szempontb\u00f3l el\u0151ny\u00f6s tulajdons\u00e1ggal v\u00e9rtezik fel az ezeket el\u0151\u00e1llit\u00f3 \u00e9l\u0151l\u00e9nyeket. Ezek az el\u0151ny\u00f6k n\u00e9ha logikusan kik\u00f6vetkeztethet\u0151k, \u00e1m n\u00e9ha hom\u00e1ly fedi azt, hogy mire is j\u00f3 az adott gomb\u00e1nak egy bizonyos anyagot termelni. A legismertebb ilyen vegy\u00fcletek tal\u00e1n az antibiotikumok, amik a konkurrens bakt\u00e9riumok elleni harc eszk\u00f6zei, de hogy a szint\u00e9n mikroszk\u00f3pkius gomb\u00e1k \u00e1ltal termelt m\u00e9rgez\u0151 <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/criticalbiomass.blog.hu\/2013\/10\/29\/mire_jo_a_gmo_3_a_mikotoxinok\" rel=\"noopener\">mikotoxinok<\/a> vagy a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 r\u00e1kellenes, immunszupressz\u00e1ns, virus- \u00e9s gomba\u00f6l\u0151 hat\u00e1s\u00fa vegy\u00fcletek milyen el\u0151nyh\u00f6z juttatj\u00e1k az azokat termel\u0151 szervezeteket, sok esetben rejt\u00e9ly.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"imgleft\" style=\"margin-right: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/m.cdn.blog.hu\/cr\/criticalbiomass\/image\/post_img\/2014\/09\/aspergillus.jpg\" alt=\"aspergillus.jpg\" height=\"211\" width=\"317\" \/>A gomb\u00e1k \u00f6sszes rendszertani csoportja k\u00f6z\u00fcl a pen\u00e9szgomb\u00e1k bioaktiv vegy\u00fcleteit vizsg\u00e1lt\u00e1k-vizsg\u00e1lj\u00e1k a legaktivabban. 1922-ben Harold Raistrick, egy angol biok\u00e9mikus a pen\u00e9szgomb\u00e1k anyagcsereterm\u00e9keit kutatva t\u00f6bb, mint 200 m\u00e1sodlagos metabolitot izol\u00e1lt \u00e9s azonositott be. A penicillin alig hat \u00e9vvel k\u00e9s\u0151bbi felfed\u00e9z\u00e9se ut\u00e1n egym\u00e1st hajszolva kerestek a kutat\u00f3k hasonl\u00f3 antibakteri\u00e1lis anyagokat a pen\u00e9szgomb\u00e1k anyagcsereterm\u00e9kei k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Ma m\u00e1r t\u00f6bb, mint tizezer gomba-eredet\u0171 m\u00e1sodlagos metabolit ismert, melyek k\u00e9miai szerkezete igencsak v\u00e1ltozatos. \u00c9rdekes m\u00f3don, mig az els\u0151dleges anyagcser\u00e9ben r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 enzimek g\u00e9njei a gomb\u00e1k genomj\u00e1ban elsz\u00f3rtan tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3k meg, addig a m\u00e1sodlagos metabolitokat el\u0151\u00e1llit\u00f3 enzimeket k\u00f3dol\u00f3 g\u00e9nek szorosan egym\u00e1s mellett, klaszterekbe t\u00f6m\u00f6r\u00fclve helyezkednek el. Ennek t\u00f6bb oka is lehet, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul e g\u00e9nek k\u00f6z\u00f6s eredete (egy adott metabolitot csak egy sz\u0171k rendszertani csoport tagjai termelik), de ak\u00e1r az egy\u00fcttes szab\u00e1lyz\u00e1suk is. Legt\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r ugyanis csak akkor aktiv\u00e1l\u00f3nak ezek a m\u00e1sodlagos anyagcsereutak, amikor a gomba m\u00e1r megfelel\u0151 m\u00e9ret\u0171re n\u0151tt, \u00e9s neki\u00e1ll sp\u00f3r\u00e1kat termelni. Az ivartalan szaporod\u00e1sra val\u00f3 \u00e1t\u00e1ll\u00e1st biztosit\u00f3 jel\u00e1tviteli \u00fatr\u00f3l kider\u00fclt, hogy (t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt) ez is szab\u00e1lyozza a m\u00e1sodlagos anyagcser\u00e9ben szerepet j\u00e1tsz\u00f3 enzimeket.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"imgright\" style=\"margin-left: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/m.cdn.blog.hu\/cr\/criticalbiomass\/image\/post_img\/2014\/09\/paclitaxel.jpg\" alt=\"paclitaxel.jpg\" \/>Mig az \u00e1llatokra f\u0151k\u00e9nt az els\u0151dleges anyagcserefolyamatok jellemz\u0151ek, sz\u00e1mos n\u00f6v\u00e9ny is k\u00e9pes m\u00e1sodlagos metabolitok el\u0151\u00e1llit\u00e1s\u00e1ra, amely k\u00f6z\u00f6tt van hal\u00e1los m\u00e9reg, vagy gy\u00f3gyhat\u00e1s\u00fa anyag is. Ezek egy r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l\u00a0 kider\u00fclt, hogy a n\u00f6v\u00e9ny sejtjeiben \u00e9l\u0151 endoszimbionta (a n\u00f6v\u00e9nnyel szimbi\u00f3zisban \u00e9l\u0151, vagyis nem k\u00e1rtev\u0151 vagy parazita) gomb\u00e1k is k\u00e9pesek termelni ugyanazokat az anyagokat, amit a n\u00f6v\u00e9ny. <span>Ilyen p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a prosztata-, mell-, t\u00fcd\u0151- \u00e9s petef\u00e9szekr\u00e1k ter\u00e1pi\u00e1ban haszn\u00e1lt <strong>taxol (paclitaxel)<\/strong>. Err\u0151l sok\u00e1ig \u00fagy gondolt\u00e1k, hogy kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a tiszafa <em>(Taxus brevifolia<\/em>) termeli, \u00e1m rajta kiv\u00fcl m\u00e9g a mogyor\u00f3ban (<em>Corylus avellana<\/em>) is megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3, illetve e n\u00f6v\u00e9nyek sejtjeiben \u00e9l\u0151 szimbionta gomb\u00e1k is k\u00e9pesek a taxol szint\u00e9zis\u00e9re. Az am\u00fagy bizonyos patog\u00e9n gomb\u00e1k n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9t g\u00e1tl\u00f3 (fungicid) anyag (amire a taxol-termel\u0151 endofita gomb\u00e1k term\u00e9szetszer\u0171en rezisztensek) el\u0151\u00e1llit\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges enzimeket 13 g\u00e9n k\u00f3dolja a tiszaf\u00e1ban.
