Nyilv\u00e1n sokkal egyszer\u0171bb lenne, ha m\u00e1s forr\u00e1sb\u00f3l is nyerhetn\u00e9nk omega-3 zs\u00edrsavakat, nem k\u00e9ne hozz\u00e1 t\u00falhal\u00e1szni az utols\u00f3 n\u00e9h\u00e1ny m\u00e9g megl\u00e9v\u0151 tengeri \u00e9l\u0151helyet. Nem meglep\u0151 m\u00f3don a p5 konstruktot hordoz\u00f3 n\u00f6v\u00e9nyek EPA olajat termelnek, a p7 konstruktot hordoz\u00f3k pedig EPA \u00e9s DHA olajokat is, a tengeri hal olajhoz hasonl\u00f3 ar\u00e1nyban.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6viden elmondhat\u00f3, hogy siker\u00fclt megtermeltetni s\u00e1rgarepc\u00e9ben a tengeri halak olaj\u00e1ban megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 k\u00e9t c\u00e9lvegy\u00fclet a 20:5 n-3 EPA \u00e9s a 22:6 n-3 DHA zs\u00edrsavakat. Ha valaha lehetne vetni ezeket a n\u00f6v\u00e9nyeket, az omega-3 zs\u00edrsav ipar meglenne hal\u00e1szat n\u00e9lk\u00fcl is, ezzel meg\u00f3vhatn\u00e1k a tengerek \u00e9l\u0151vil\u00e1g\u00e1t.
