Az A rendelkezik egy adott diff\u00fazi\u00f3s konstanssal, meg persze azzal a tulajdons\u00e1ggal, hogy aktiv\u00e1lja \u00f6nmag\u00e1t \u00e9s I-t is, saj\u00e1t inhibitor\u00e1t, jellgezetes pozit\u00edv illetve negat\u00edv feed-back k\u00f6r\u00f6ket hozva l\u00e9tre. I szint\u00e9n rendelkezik egy diff\u00fazi\u00f3s konstanssal, ami t\u00f6rt\u00e9netesen nagyobb, mint az A megfelel\u0151 \u00e9rt\u00e9ke. Ugyanakkor az inhibitor megjelen\u00e9se \u00e9s gyors diff\u00fazi\u00f3ja biztos\u00edtja, hogy ezek a feld\u00fasul\u00e1sok csak lok\u00e1lisak maradjanak \u00e9s ne az eg\u00e9sz sz\u00f6vet \u00fasszon az aktiv\u00e1torban.
