R\u00e1ad\u00e1sul, bosszant\u00f3 m\u00f3don, el\u00e9gg\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.szentesbio.hu\/karte_liszt.html\">ellen\u00e1ll\u00f3 mindenf\u00e9le vegyszeres beavatkoz\u00e1sokkal szemben<\/a>, vagyis igen csak bonyolult megszabadulni t\u0151le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Persze k\u00e1rtev\u0151ik ellen maguk a n\u00f6v\u00e9nyek is igyekeztek mindenf\u00e9le specifikus m\u00e9reganyagokat kifejleszteni az \u00e9vmilli\u00f3s, evol\u00faci\u00f3s fegyverkez\u00e9si versenyben, amelyek ellen a k\u00e1rtev\u0151k vagy kital\u00e1ltak frapp\u00e1ns molekul\u00e1ris riposztokat, vagy k\u00e9nytelenek voltak m\u00e1s t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e9k ut\u00e1n n\u00e9zni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fenolos glikozidok termel\u00e9se az egyik sz\u00e9p p\u00e9ld\u00e1ja ennek az evol\u00faci\u00f3s versenynek, mert ez\u00e1ltal a n\u00f6v\u00e9nyek nagyon sok k\u00e1rtev\u0151j\u00fck viselked\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9t befoly\u00e1solni tudj\u00e1k. A nagyon sok persze nem minden \u00e9s pont a doh\u00e1nymolytet\u0171 k\u00f6sz\u00f6ni sz\u00e9pen, de remek\u00fcl elvan a fenolos glikozidok jelenl\u00e9t\u00e9ben is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hogy mi\u00e9rt, arra kerestek a rovar genomj\u00e1ban v\u00e1laszt \u00e9s ha nem is p\u00e1ratlan, de nem mindennapi v\u00e1laszra bukkantak. Ugyanis, a jelek szerint a doh\u00e1nymolytet\u0171 az\u00e9rt k\u00e9pes a toxikus vegy\u00fclet elem\u00e9szt\u00e9s\u00e9re, mert rendelkezik egy olyan enzimmel, amit a n\u00f6v\u00e9nyek is arra haszn\u00e1lnak, hogy detoxifik\u00e1lj\u00e1k ezeket a glikozidokat. Nevezhetj\u00fck ezt \u201cterm\u00e9szetes GMO-nak\u201d is, ann\u00e1l is ink\u00e1bb, hogy pontosan az.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A jelens\u00e9get egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt nem k\u00f6nny\u0171 j\u00f3l dokument\u00e1lni, n\u00e9ha eg\u00e9szen egyszer\u0171en szekven\u00e1l\u00e1si-szennyez\u0151d\u00e9st v\u00e9lnek HGT-nek (az egyik legut\u00f3bbi nagyon k\u00ednos baki <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnas.org\/content\/113\/18\/5053\">2016-ban a medve\u00e1llatk\u00e1khoz kapcsol\u00f3dik<\/a>), de az\u00e9rt m\u00e1r van annyi konkr\u00e9tumunk is, hogy ne tartsuk elk\u00e9pzelhetetlennek a dolgot: a lev\u00e9ltetvek karotenoid szint\u00e9zis\u00e9ben r\u00e9szt vev\u0151 g\u00e9nekr\u0151l <a href=\"https:\/\/criticalbiomass.hu\/?p=5005911\">m\u00e1r kider\u00fclt, hogy gomba-eredet\u0171<\/a>, a kullancsok pedig a t\u00e1pl\u00e1lkoz\u00e1suk sor\u00e1n a ny\u00e1lukban egy olyan anyagot v\u00e1lasztanak ki, aminek <a href=\"https:\/\/criticalbiomass.hu\/?p=5837739\">a g\u00e9nje a gerincesekb\u0151l ker\u00fclt \u00e1t<\/a>. (Egy\u00e9bb HGT-re <a href=\"https:\/\/criticalbiomass.hu\/?tag=hgt\">itt vannak<\/a> m\u00e9g p\u00e9ld\u00e1k.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sz\u00e1mos k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 popul\u00e1ci\u00f3 megszekven\u00e1l\u00e1sa \u00e9s mindenf\u00e9le egy\u00e9b kontrollok alapj\u00e1n most is szinte biztosra vehet\u0151, hogy a doh\u00e1nymolytet\u0171 eset\u00e9ben nem k\u00eds\u00e9rleti m\u0171term\u00e9kr\u0151l van sz\u00f3, hanem a <em>BtPMaT1<\/em> val\u00f3ban benne van a genomukban, ann\u00e1l is ink\u00e1bb, mert a g\u00e9n mesters\u00e9ges csendes\u00edt\u00e9se befoly\u00e1solja a rovar fitnesz\u00e9t. A biol\u00f3giai v\u00e9dekez\u00e9s ebben az esetben azt jelentette, hogy olyan transzg\u00e9nikus paradicsomokat hoztak l\u00e9tre, amelyek egy olyan kett\u0151s sz\u00e1l\u00fa RNS-t tartalmaztak, ami a doh\u00e1nymolytet\u0171 <em>BtPMaT1<\/em> g\u00e9nj\u00e9vel azonos szekvenci\u00e1t tartalmazott (ez bejutva az \u00e1llatba csendes\u00edti a sz\u00f3banforg\u00f3 g\u00e9n expresszi\u00f3j\u00e1t \u00e9s \u00edgy nem tud ez a kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa enzim termel\u0151dni). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A transzg\u00e9nikus n\u00f6v\u00e9nyekkel pedig nem boldogultak m\u00e1r a norm\u00e1lis doh\u00e1nymolytet\u0171k sem. A mortalit\u00e1sbeli k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9g a kontroll \u00e9s a GMO n\u00f6v\u00e9nyeken (alul balra, illetve jobbra) t\u00e1pl\u00e1lkoz\u00f3 rovarok eset\u00e9ben m\u00e1r egy nap ut\u00e1n jelent\u0151s volt, de 3 nap ut\u00e1n m\u00e1r igaz\u00e1n l\u00e1tv\u00e1nyos lett.
